AGI Infra Limited's Board approved audited financial results for FY2026 (standalone PAT: Rs. 9,485.47 Lakhs, up 42.3% from Rs. 6,666.94 Lakhs in FY2025; consolidated PAT: Rs. 9,486.03 Lakhs). Revenue from operations grew 8.5% to Rs. 35,254 Lakhs from Rs. 32,487 Lakhs. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.20 per share (20% on face value Rs. 1). The company raised Rs. 7,500 Lakhs via QIP issuing 28.3 lakh shares at Rs. 265 each. It also acquired 60% controlling interest in WorldNext Realty LLP making it a subsidiary. Internal and cost auditors were re-appointed, and a postal ballot notice was approved for appointing Mrs. Nandini Kwatra as Independent Director. Auditors issued an unmodified opinion.
Strong profit growth of 42% and QIP fund raise of Rs. 75 crore signals healthy business momentum. The dividend recommendation provides shareholder returns. However, rising borrowings (non-current up 9.3%, current up 50.8%) and significant inventory buildup warrant monitoring.
