AGI Infra Limited reported strong FY2026 results with standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 35,254 Lakhs (up 8.5% from Rs. 32,487 Lakhs in FY2025) and PAT of Rs. 9,485 Lakhs (up 42.3% from Rs. 6,667 Lakhs). The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.20 per share (20%). The company raised Rs. 7,500 Lakhs via a QIP issuing 28,30,188 equity shares at Rs. 265 each. It also acquired a 60% controlling interest in WorldNext Realty LLP, making it a subsidiary. Both Internal Auditor (M/s Ashwani Kant & Associates) and Cost Auditor (M/s Khushwinder Kumar & Co) were re-appointed for FY2026-27. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion.
Strong profit growth of 42% YoY and the Rs. 7500 Lakhs QIP fundraising indicate healthy business momentum. However, negative operating cash flow (Rs. -3,739 Lakhs standalone) signals working capital pressure typical of real estate operations, which investors should monitor.
