AGI Infra's Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.20 per equity share (20% on face value of Rs. 1) for FY2026, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing AGM. The company also reported strong audited results: consolidated net profit grew 42% to Rs. 9,486 Lakhs in FY2026 from Rs. 6,666 Lakhs in FY2025, while standalone net profit increased to Rs. 9,485 Lakhs. Total consolidated income rose to Rs. 36,224 Lakhs. The company raised Rs. 7,500 Lakhs via a QIP (Qualified Institutional Placement) by issuing 28.3 lakh shares at Rs. 265 each, and acquired a 60% controlling stake in WorldNext Realty LLP, making it a subsidiary.
The modest dividend of Rs. 0.20 per share is unlikely to significantly move the stock. The strong profit growth and substantial QIP fund raise are positive indicators for the company's growth trajectory and financial health.
