AGM proceedings: acquisitions approved, office shift to Rajkot

Shareholders at the September 29, 2026 AGM approved adoption of FY26 audited financials, the rotating director's reappointment, and appointment of Bhatt Shah Mekhia & Co as statutory auditors. Special resolutions cleared shifting the registered office from Mumbai to Rajkot in Gujarat, and acquiring the businesses of Satani Industries and Satani Forge and Turn on a slump sale basis. Voting results under Regulation 44(3) will be disclosed later.
