On the reaction day the stock moved 2.9 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
NCLAT has set aside the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) that Agri-Tech (India) had initiated against related party Techindia Nirman Limited. Agri-Tech had claimed about Rs 86 crores as financial debt. The CIRP was admitted by NCLT Mumbai in January 2025 but a shareholder challenged it as fraudulently and collusively initiated, and the appeal has now been allowed.
Agri-Tech loses its insolvency route to recover about Rs 86 crores from Techindia Nirman and will need to pursue other legal remedies.
