On the reaction day the stock moved 5.1 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
For Q2 FY27, revenue from operations rose to Rs 4.60 lakh versus Rs 3.42 lakh a year ago. H1 revenue grew about 67% to Rs 25 lakh versus Rs 14.95 lakh. However, net loss widened to Rs 32.87 lakh for H1 against Rs 7.96 lakh last year. Operating cash flow was negative at negative Rs 33.88 lakh. The statutory auditor issued a qualified conclusion, flagging non-recognition of interest on inter-corporate loans of Rs 8,876 lakh given to Tech India Nirman Ltd, which is under CIRP and pending before the Supreme Court.
Qualified audit opinion and widening losses against thin revenue raise concerns. Most assets sit in stressed inter-corporate loans.
