On the reaction day the stock moved 0.4 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.4 pts more than its Financial Technology (Fintech) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
At the first creditors' committee meeting on 24 September 2025, Adroit Appraisers and Research Private Limited and RNC Valuecon LLP were appointed as registered valuers. They will value AGS Transact's land and buildings, plant and machinery, securities, and financial assets as the insolvency process proceeds.
The valuation advances assessment of assets available to creditors, but no asset value, recovery amount or direct effect on shareholder value was disclosed.
