Board approved Q1 FY27 standalone unaudited results. Revenue from operations fell to Rs 38.72 Cr from Rs 42.68 Cr a year ago. Profit after tax dropped sharply to Rs 1.50 Cr from Rs 3.36 Cr YoY. EPS stood at Rs 1.00 vs Rs 3.46. Board also appointed Nisarg Sharma and Associates as secretarial auditor replacing SJV and Associates. Approved related party transactions with ABI Energy Solutions up to Rs 100 Cr and ABI Infratech up to Rs 25 Cr for FY27.
Weak Q1 with sharp profit decline. Large related party deals with promoter group entities worth up to Rs 125 Cr may raise governance concerns.
