Airan Limited reported audited FY25 results with standalone revenue from operations of ₹9,227.89 lakh (vs ₹9,407.52 lakh in FY24), a marginal decline of about 1.9%. Standalone profit after tax fell sharply to ₹1,133.57 lakh from ₹1,680.61 lakh (~32.5% drop). The fourth quarter standalone was a loss of ₹264.13 lakh, compared to a profit of ₹425.90 lakh in Q4 FY24, driven largely by a ₹813.40 lakh fair-value loss on Beacon Trusteeship Limited shares held as current investments. Consolidated revenue was ₹10,549.66 lakh (vs ₹10,649.84 lakh) with PAT of ₹1,288.96 lakh (vs ₹1,870.14 lakh). The statutory auditor (Deora Maheshwari & Co.) issued an unmodified opinion, and the board also appointed M/s SMJ & Associates as the new internal auditor for FY25-26.
Full-year profits are meaningfully lower year-on-year despite steady revenue, mainly because the strong FY24 base included a large fair-value gain. Shareholders should note the volatile, mark-to-market exposure to Beacon Trusteeship shares, which swung from a ₹732 lakh gain in FY25 to a ₹813 lakh loss in Q4 alone, creating quarter-to-quarter earnings unpredictability.
