Airan Limited posted Q1 FY27 results on August 13, 2026. Standalone revenue from operations fell about 18 percent YoY to 2,296.28 lakh from 2,807.21 lakh. Despite this, PAT surged from 28.30 lakh to 264.32 lakh, more than 8x growth. Standalone EPS rose to 0.20 from nil. On a consolidated basis, revenue declined about 17 percent to 2,569.89 lakh from 3,097.07 lakh, while consolidated PAT jumped from 38.23 lakh to 323.13 lakh. Profit growth came from lower employee, coordinator and other expenses. The statutory auditor gave a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
Strong profit growth on lower revenue signals margin expansion and tighter cost control. Sharp PAT jump is positive for shareholders despite top-line pressure.
