Airo Lam Limited submitted its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) unaudited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, along with the auditor's limited review report. Standalone revenue from operations stood at Rs. 5,287.88 lakhs vs Rs. 5,166.68 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a modest ~2.3% YoY growth, while standalone profit after tax rose to Rs. 353.69 lakhs from Rs. 285.69 lakhs (~23.8% YoY growth). On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations was Rs. 5,368.43 lakhs (vs Rs. 5,228.35 lakhs) and PAT grew ~30.3% YoY to Rs. 270.32 lakhs from Rs. 207.39 lakhs. Segment-wise, Laminates remained the main profit driver (Rs. 438.18 lakhs segment profit) while Plywood swung to a small loss of Rs. 7.24 lakhs from a profit of Rs. 14.35 lakhs a year ago. The auditor (Piyush J. Shah & Co.) issued an unqualified review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
Results are largely stable — modest top-line growth, healthy double-digit PAT growth on consolidated basis, but the Plywood segment turning loss-making and a decline in operating margin (from 9.64% to 7.41% consolidated) suggest some pressure on profitability. No red flags from the auditor; overall neutral-to-slightly-positive for shareholders, though segmental weakness in Plywood is a watch point.
