Ajanta Pharma reported Q2 FY2027 consolidated revenue of Rs 1,794 crore, up 33%, and PAT of Rs 388 crore, up 49%. Adjusted EBITDA rose 47% to Rs 543 crore, while margin improved to 30% from 27%. For H1, revenue grew 29% to Rs 3,420 crore and PAT rose 40% to Rs 722 crore. Growth was led by US generics and Africa institutional sales. The limited review found no material misstatement.
Strong sales, profit and margin gains should support shareholder confidence and the stock, though future results depend on new launches and market growth.
