Disclosure of pledge of 66.32 lakh shares (5.31%) of Ajanta Pharma

CTL Trusteeship Ltd, acting as common security trustee for debenture holders, has disclosed creation of pledge over 66,32,651 equity shares (5.31%) of Ajanta Pharma Limited. Total encumbered shares including covenants stand at 1,69,12,924 shares (13.53%). The pledge was created by Aayush Agrawal Trust (38.32 lakh shares), Gabs Investments Pvt Ltd (27.70 lakh shares), and Aayush Agrawal (30,000 shares) to secure debentures of about Rs 3,373 crore from Lenexis Foodworks and Rs 500 crore from Inspira Realty 2, issued to CTL Trusteeship. Acquirer is not a promoter.
