Chanderkala Goyal, a member of the promoter group of Ajanta Soya Limited, acquired 2,84,70,961 equity shares (35.38% of the company's paid-up capital) through an off-market inter-se transfer by way of gift from other promoter group members. Before the transfer she held just 9,79,939 shares (1.22%), and after the transfer her stake rose to 2,94,50,900 shares (36.59%). The transferors include several promoter family members such as Sushil Kumar Goyal (9.19%), Shri Ram Goyal (6.98%), Bishan Goyal (4.11%), Abhey Goyal (3.73%), Ameeta Goyal (3.26%), and others, who have all reduced their holdings to near zero. The acquisitions took place on 24th, 26th and 29th December 2025. Total paid-up equity capital remains Rs. 16.10 crore (8.04 crore shares of Rs. 2 each), so there is no dilution for existing public shareholders.
This is an internal reshuffling within the promoter family with no impact on public shareholders — no new shares were issued and no money changed hands in the market.
