Ajcon Global Services reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 296.26 lakhs, down from Rs. 313.54 lakhs in Q3 FY25, while standalone net profit rose slightly to Rs. 19.10 lakhs (vs Rs. 18.34 lakhs). For the nine months ended Dec 2025, standalone revenue fell sharply to Rs. 881.86 lakhs from Rs. 1,301.24 lakhs a year earlier, though net profit stood at Rs. 57.43 lakhs compared with Rs. 37.40 lakhs for the full FY25. On a consolidated basis, nine-month revenue grew about 20.7% YoY to Rs. 1,665.85 lakhs, helped by subsidiaries, but consolidated net profit after minority interest declined to Rs. 72.65 lakhs from Rs. 131.82 lakhs. EPS (basic, standalone) for the quarter was Rs. 0.03. The statutory auditor Bhatter & Company issued an unmodified limited review opinion on both standalone and consolidated results, and the company stated there were no exceptional or extraordinary items during the quarter.
Mixed picture for shareholders: standalone revenue is shrinking sharply even as profitability improves versus the weak FY25 base, while the consolidated picture shows top-line growth from subsidiaries offset by a near-halving of nine-month profit. The clean, unmodified auditor review and absence of exceptional items reduce immediate governance concerns, but the divergence between standalone decline and consolidated growth is the key point to watch.
