Ajmera Realty & Infra India reported its audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, with the statutory auditor issuing an unmodified opinion. Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs. 53,267 lakhs from Rs. 48,900 lakhs (~8.9% YoY), while standalone profit after tax jumped to Rs. 11,164 lakhs from Rs. 8,532 lakhs (~30.8% YoY). Consolidated revenue grew to Rs. 73,795 lakhs and consolidated PAT climbed to Rs. 12,595 lakhs (~22.5% YoY). The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4.5 per share (45% on face value of Rs. 10), subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Shreya Shah was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26–FY30) and M/s. D.R. Mathuria & Co was re-appointed as Cost Auditor for FY26. The board also noted a previously paid Rs. 28,000 fine (each) from BSE and NSE for the delayed appointment of a qualified company secretary as compliance officer, classifying it as unintentional.
Strong earnings growth, especially on a standalone basis with PAT rising over 30%, signals healthy operating performance and may be viewed positively by investors. The Rs. 4.5/share dividend offers a decent payout, while the minor regulatory fine is immaterial and already settled.
