Ajmera Realty & Infra India announced its unaudited Q1 FY26 results (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs. 162.75 crore from Rs. 140.13 crore in Q1 FY25, a growth of about 16%. Standalone profit after tax jumped to Rs. 33.62 crore from Rs. 23.50 crore, up roughly 43% year-on-year, with EPS at Rs. 8.54 versus Rs. 6.62. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew about 33% to Rs. 258.51 crore and PAT rose to Rs. 38.28 crore from Rs. 31.43 crore. The company operates in a single segment, real estate construction. The board also noted a Rs. 34,000 fine (plus GST) each from BSE and NSE for a delay in appointing a qualified company secretary as compliance officer; the fines have already been paid. The dividend recommended in May will be paid before October 8, 2025, if approved at the AGM. Auditor V. Parekh & Associates issued an unqualified limited review report with no concerns flagged.
A strong quarter for shareholders with healthy double-digit revenue growth and sharp PAT expansion on the standalone side, reflecting improving operating leverage in the real estate business. The regulatory fine is immaterial and the clean auditor's review supports confidence in the numbers; near-term focus will be on dividend receipt and execution of the order book.
