The board of Ajmera Realty & Infra India, at its May 14, 2025 meeting, recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4.50 per equity share (on Rs. 10 face value) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. Consolidated FY25 revenue from operations rose to Rs. 737.95 crore (from Rs. 699.96 crore in FY24), while consolidated profit after tax grew about 22% to Rs. 125.95 crore (from Rs. 102.84 crore). Standalone PAT jumped roughly 31% to Rs. 111.64 crore. The company also appointed Ms. Shreya Shah as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26–FY30) and re-appointed M/s D.R. Mathuria & Co as Cost Auditor for FY26. Auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the results. The board also acknowledged a minor Rs. 28,000 fine each from BSE and NSE (already paid) for a past delay in appointing a compliance officer.
The healthy double-digit profit growth and a reasonable dividend payout signal strong operational performance for shareholders. The compliance fine is negligible (Rs. 56,000 total) and already settled, so it should not affect the stock materially. Investors should await the record date and AGM date, expected to be announced later.
