On the reaction day the stock moved 2.2 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.1 pts less than its Residential Commercial Projects peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board approved unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. It also proposed splitting each Rs 10 share into five Rs 2 shares, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. Paid-up shares would rise from 3.93 crore to 19.68 crore, and the record date is yet to be set. Consolidated half-year revenue rose 21.3% to Rs 477.47 crore, while profit rose 2.8% to Rs 68.65 crore.
The split may boost liquidity but does not change value. Approval is pending. Revenue rose, but margins and quarterly profit weakened.
