On the reaction day the stock moved 2.2 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.1 pts less than its Residential Commercial Projects peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

The board approved unaudited September 2025 results and proposed splitting each Rs 10 share into five Rs 2 shares, subject to approvals. Consolidated half-year revenue rose 21.3% to Rs 477.47 crore and profit after tax rose 2.8% to Rs 68.65 crore. In Q2, revenue rose 9.6%, but profit after tax fell 14.1% to Rs 30.37 crore. Paid-up shares would rise from 3.94 crore to 19.68 crore; the record date is pending.
Revenue grew faster than profit, and Q2 profit fell. The split may improve liquidity and affordability without changing total value.
