On the reaction day the stock moved 1.9 pts less than its Residential Commercial Projects peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q2 FY27 sales were INR224 crore and collections INR190 crore. Revenue rose 45% to INR320 crore, EBITDA rose 40% to INR84 crore at a 26% margin, and profit rose 55% to INR49 crore. H1 revenue was INR639 crore and profit INR93 crore. Debt fell to INR646 crore. Management expects to exceed its INR2,200 crore FY27 presales target. Eight launches may generate INR7,008 crore; an FY28 tower of about 1 million square feet is also planned.
Strong growth, lower debt and sales support sentiment, but FY27 launch execution and Kanjurmarg conversion delays remain key risks.
