AJR Infra clarifies NSE queries on FY25 results compliance under Regulation 33

AJR Infra responded to NSE clarification queries on FY25 audited financial results under Regulation 33 of SEBI LODR. Three issues were addressed: (1) results signed by two non-executive directors instead of whole-time director due to Mr Mineel Mali's absence, backed by board resolution; (2) delay in uploading results blamed on technical errors on NSE portal with screenshot evidence; (3) audit qualification statement also signed by authorized non-executive directors in place of MD/CEO.
