Akash Infra Projects reported strong revenue growth but mixed profitability. Standalone revenue nearly doubled to Rs 5,217 lakhs from Rs 2,651 lakhs, while consolidated revenue grew 41% to Rs 8,176 lakhs. However, standalone PAT rose 57% to Rs 56.5 lakhs but consolidated PAT declined 27% to Rs 65.1 lakhs. The company changed auditors mid-year from RRS & Associates to A R P A N & Associates LLP. Auditors flagged that trade receivables over 180 days old amount to Rs 143.99 crores, largely tied up in pending legal disputes. Standalone operating cash flow turned negative at Rs 331.9 lakhs due to rising working capital requirements. Exceptional items of Rs 33.8 lakhs relate to labour code implementation costs.
Positive revenue growth shows strong business execution, but declining consolidated profitability, high outstanding receivables, and negative operating cash flow signal execution challenges and liquidity stress. Shareholders should monitor collection cycles and debt levels.
