On the reaction day the stock moved 3.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Shantanu Investments filed an IBC Section 7 insolvency application against Aksh Optifibre. At NCLT Jaipur, the Judicial and Technical Members had differing opinions, so a third Member was nominated. The third Member concurred with the Technical Member that the application is maintainable. The matter is sent back to the original NCLT Bench to pass orders. The company says the ruling has factual and legal errors and has filed an appeal before NCLAT, pursuing all legal remedies.
If the appeal fails, insolvency proceedings may be admitted, risking CIRP, debt restructuring, and potential dilution for shareholders.
