Aksh Optifibre reported Q1FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 4,987 lakhs, up about 85 percent YoY from Rs 2,687 lakhs. PAT swung to a profit of Rs 537 lakhs versus a loss of Rs 376 lakhs YoY. The Manufacturing segment drove the recovery. However, the company is currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process after NCLT admitted a petition in June 2026. The auditor issued a qualified conclusion citing unrecognized liabilities of about Rs 3,043 lakhs related to EPCG duty, indeterminate impairment on subsidiary AOL Technologies FZE, and an unrecorded Rs 55 lakh impairment at Aksh Composites.
Strong operating recovery is positive but ongoing insolvency and audit qualifications signal serious financial stress and uncertainty for shareholders.
