Akums Drugs reported Q4 FY26 operating revenue of ₹1,158 crore, up 9.7% YoY, with Adj EBITDA of ₹152 crore (up 61.6% YoY) and Adj PAT of ₹83 crore (up 135% YoY). Full-year FY26 revenue stood at ₹4,359 crore (5.9% growth), with Adj EBITDA at ₹522 crore (13.3% growth) and Adj PAT at ₹276 crore (27.3% growth). EBITDA margin improved to 13.1% in Q4 from 8.9% YoY. The CDMO segment was the key growth driver with revenue of ₹952 crore and 54.9% EBITDA growth. The API business continued to face pricing pressure with operating loss of ₹12 crore in Q4. Board recommended dividend of ₹1 per share plus special dividend of ₹2 per share.
Strong profitability improvement with PAT growth of 27.3% and EBITDA margin expansion signals operational efficiency gains. The special dividend and CDMO business momentum are positive signals for investors, though slow API turnaround remains a concern.
