On the reaction day the stock moved 1.6 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.6 pts more than its Diversified Commercial Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Alankit Limited has allotted 1,65,00,000 equity shares (face value about Rs 1 each) to Alka Agarwal of the promoter group. These shares were issued upon conversion of 1,65,00,000 fully convertible warrants at about Rs 8.60 per share, originally allotted on October 5, 2026, on a preferential basis. After this allotment, the company's paid-up equity share capital rises to 28,76,58,100 shares. No public funds were raised at this stage since the warrants were already issued earlier.
Dilution for existing shareholders as share count rises, but promoter holding strengthens. No new cash inflow from this conversion.
