Alchemist Corporation resubmits FY26 audited results; Q4 turns profitable

Alchemist Corporation resubmitted its audited Q4 and FY26 results (standalone and consolidated) with an unmodified auditor opinion from M/s Krishna Rakesh and Co. FY26 revenue was Rs 516.67 lakhs (up from nil in FY25), with Q4 revenue at Rs 337.12 lakhs. Full-year loss narrowed to Rs 8.12 lakhs (consolidated) from Rs 26.90 lakhs, and Q4 swung to a profit of Rs 85.90 lakhs. However, operating cashflow stayed negative at Rs (38.46) lakhs and other equity remains deeply negative at Rs (446.12) lakhs.
