Alfa Ica India's board approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Revenue from operations grew to Rs. 7,855.50 lakhs (vs Rs. 6,849.04 lakhs in FY24), a ~14.7% rise. However, profit after tax fell to Rs. 143.79 lakhs (vs Rs. 167.92 lakhs), down ~14.4%, and EPS declined to Rs. 3.56 from Rs. 4.16. Operating cash flow dropped sharply to Rs. 186.80 lakhs from Rs. 520.69 lakhs the previous year. The board also re-appointed M/s Biren Shah & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY26 and M/s Kamlesh M Shah & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term (FY26–FY30). Auditor M/s O.P. Bhandari & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion.
Mixed signals for shareholders — top-line growth is healthy, but shrinking profits and a steep fall in operating cash flow suggest rising costs or working capital pressure. The clean audit opinion and continuity of auditors are positive, but the divergence between revenue growth and declining profitability warrants close monitoring.
