The board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, with auditors (Kirtane & Pandit LLP) issuing an unmodified (clean) opinion. Standalone revenue grew ~17% YoY to Rs. 1,528 crore, but net profit fell ~17% to Rs. 37.9 crore, hit by higher finance costs and depreciation. Consolidated revenue rose ~11% to Rs. 1,721 crore while net profit dropped ~27% to Rs. 45.1 crore. The board declared a 50% interim dividend of Rs. 2.5 per share (record date May 17, 2025), allotted 75,000 shares under ESOP 2022, and appointed M/s. P.G. Bhagwat LLP as internal auditor for FY26. Operating cash flow remained healthy at Rs. 191 crore on a standalone basis.
A mixed picture for shareholders: top-line growth was solid, but margins and profits were under pressure from rising costs, which may limit near-term stock upside. The clean audit report and 50% interim dividend offer some comfort to income-focused investors.
