Alicon Castalloy's board, meeting on May 12, 2025, approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY25. Standalone revenue from operations grew to Rs. 1,52,506 lakhs (from Rs. 1,30,233 lakhs in FY24), but net profit declined to Rs. 3,794 lakhs (from Rs. 4,563 lakhs). Consolidated revenue rose to Rs. 1,72,066 lakhs while net profit fell to Rs. 5,013 lakhs (from Rs. 6,137 lakhs). The board declared an interim dividend of Rs. 2.5 per share (50%) on equity shares of Rs. 5 face value, with May 17, 2025 fixed as the record date. Additionally, 75,000 equity shares were allotted under the ESOP 2022 scheme, and M/s. P.G. Bhagwat LLP was appointed as Internal Auditor for FY26.
Despite top-line growth of around 17% (standalone), the dip in net profit may weigh on the stock in the short term, though the 50% interim dividend offers a meaningful payout to shareholders who hold shares as of the May 17 record date.
