Alicon Castalloy reported standalone revenue of Rs 1,66,074 lakhs for FY26, up 8.8% from Rs 1,52,588 lakhs in FY25. However, standalone PAT declined 13.4% to Rs 3,287 lakhs (FY25: Rs 3,794 lakhs). Consolidated PAT fell 25.3% to Rs 3,444 lakhs from Rs 4,606 lakhs. The company declared an interim dividend of Rs 2 per share (40%). Exceptional items include Rs 500.09 lakhs for labour code changes (gratuity/compensated absences) and Rs 256.63 lakhs for settlement of a past legal claim. Auditors gave unmodified opinion. The Board also appointed M/s P.G. Bhagwat LLP as internal auditor for FY27.
PAT decline despite revenue growth signals margin pressure, likely due to material cost inflation and one-time exceptional charges. The dividend and clean audit provide some support for investor confidence.
