Alivus Life Sciences (formerly Glenmark Life Sciences) reported Q1 FY26 revenue from operations of ₹6,018.46 million, up about 2.3% from ₹5,886.16 million in Q1 FY25 but down roughly 7.3% compared to the preceding quarter (Q4 FY25: ₹6,495.45 million). Profit after tax rose to ₹1,215.35 million from ₹1,114.83 million a year earlier, a YoY growth of around 9%, though it dipped from ₹1,418.68 million in the March 2025 quarter. EPS for the quarter stood at ₹9.91 (basic), versus ₹9.10 in Q1 FY25. Total income was ₹6,108.31 million, with total expenses of ₹4,478.50 million, and the company continues to operate in a single segment — Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API). The statutory auditor Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP issued an unmodified limited review conclusion on the results.
Results show steady, moderate growth on a year-on-year basis with healthy margins in the API business, but the sequential dip in revenue and profit may temper near-term sentiment. No negative audit flags, restatements, or exceptional items were reported, keeping the overall picture neutral-to-positive for shareholders.
