Alivus Life Sciences (formerly Glenmark Life Sciences) reported FY25 revenue from operations of ₹23,868.84 million, up about 4.5% from ₹22,832.14 million in FY24. Full-year profit after tax rose modestly to ₹4,856.27 million (₹4,708.88 million in FY24), with basic EPS of ₹39.63 versus ₹38.43. The standout was Q4 FY25, where revenue jumped roughly 21% year-on-year to ₹6,495.45 million and PAT surged nearly 45% to ₹1,418.68 million, helped by lower input costs and stable other expenses. The board has recommended a final dividend of 250% (₹5 per share on a ₹2 face value), subject to shareholder approval. Statutory auditor Walker Chandiok & Co LLP issued an unmodified opinion, and operating cash flow remained healthy at ₹3,915.24 million.
Strong Q4 numbers signal a sharp pick-up in momentum and improving profitability, while the unchanged full-year trajectory shows steady underlying growth. The healthy dividend and clean auditor report are positives for shareholders; the stock may react favourably given the strong sequential and YoY Q4 beat.
