Q2 FY27 revenue rose 16% year on year to INR682 crore. EBITDA jumped 47% to INR285 crore, with margin at 41.8%; profit after tax was INR197 crore. H1 revenue was INR1,322 crore. FY27 guidance remains 10% to 12% revenue growth and 35% to 36% EBITDA margin. For FY28, it aims for similar margins, with a 30% to 32% floor. Contract manufacturing revenue rose nearly 80% and is targeted to double over 3 to 4 years, reaching 12% to 15% of sales.
Strong profit growth supports sentiment; the contract manufacturing target adds growth potential, but higher solvent costs may pressure margins.
