Consolidated revenue for Q3 FY26 came in at Rs 15,940 lakhs, up about 7% from Rs 14,882 lakhs last year. Nine-month revenue rose to Rs 46,478 lakhs from Rs 40,992 lakhs. However, nine-month profit after tax fell to Rs 2,607 lakhs from Rs 3,762 lakhs due to a one-time exceptional charge of Rs 437 lakhs from new Labour Codes. Board approved starting bamboo products manufacturing with Rs 10 crore investment. The company listed on NSE and BSE in August 2025 after its IPO.
Revenue growing but margins are under pressure. Exceptional Labour Code charge hit profits. Bamboo foray adds future optionality.
