All Time Plastics submitted its FY 2025-26 Annual Report. Revenue grew 9.4% to Rs 610.4 cr, but PAT fell to Rs 36 cr from Rs 45 cr and EBITDA margin compressed to 14.8% from about 18% on higher fixed costs from new capacity. The company listed on BSE and NSE in August 2025 through a Rs 400.6 cr IPO subscribed 8.63 times. Debt to equity improved sharply to 0.13 times. A new bamboo products business has been launched with a facility in Guwahati. AGM is scheduled for September 24, 2026.
Margin compression and lower PAT signal near-term cost pressure from new capacity, though IPO funds strengthen the balance sheet and support expansion plans.
