Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue grew 12.5% YoY to Rs 147.4 cr. However, PAT fell sharply about 70% YoY to Rs 4.1 cr from Rs 13.4 cr. H1 revenue rose 17% to Rs 305.4 cr, but PAT declined 34% to Rs 16.9 cr. Higher finance costs (up 70% YoY in H1) and other expenses compressed profits significantly. Company completed its IPO in Aug 2025 (listed Aug 14), raising around Rs 280 cr, of which about Rs 117 cr remains unutilized and parked in bank deposits.
