Allcargo Logistics held its Q2 FY26 earnings call after completing a major restructuring. International business demerged into Allcargo Global, while Express and Contractual Logistics merged into Allcargo Logistics. Q2 consolidated revenue rose 11 percent year on year to INR537 crores, EBITDA up 27 percent at INR62 crores. Reported profit before tax showed INR18 crores loss, but excluding one-time amortization of INR12 crores and stamp duty of INR15 crores, adjusted PBT was a profit of INR9 crores. Management reaffirmed analyst day targets for FY28 and FY30: 20 percent EBITDA CAGR and 10 percent gross margin CAGR. Post-merger share count stands at 149 crores. Net cash INR22 crores.
