Alldigi Tech posted Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of INR 15,268 lakhs (up about 9.5 percent YoY). Nine months net profit was INR 5,335 lakhs versus INR 6,401 lakhs last year, which included a one-time gain from the LLC division sale. An exceptional charge of INR 402 lakhs was booked for impact of India's new Labour Codes on gratuity and leave. Standalone Q3 PAT jumped sharply on dividend income from subsidiary. Board declared a second interim dividend of INR 30 per share, record date February 4, 2026.
Generous 30 per share dividend shows confidence. Softer nine month profit reflects absence of last year's sale gain and Labour Code charge.
