Q2 FY27 revenue rose 4% year on year to INR153.3 crore. Operating profit rose 28.5% to INR46.3 crore, lifting margin to 30.2%, and profit after tax rose 50.9% to INR26.6 crore. International revenue was about 70% of the total. New contracts reached INR82.6 crore in annual value in H1. Management targets early double-digit Tech and Digital growth over three years. The board also proposed an INR48 crore share buyback, subject to approval.
Profit growth, higher margins and the proposed buyback may support shareholder returns, though revenue growth is modest and approval is pending.
