Alldigi Tech Ltd (formerly Allsec Technologies) reported standalone revenue of Rs 34,569 lakhs for FY26, up 6% from Rs 32,619 lakhs in FY25. Standalone net profit grew 6.6% to Rs 7,382 lakhs. Consolidated revenue increased 9.6% to Rs 59,868 lakhs, but net profit declined marginally by 1.3% to Rs 8,223 lakhs due to higher depreciation and finance costs. The company completed sale of its Labour Law Compliance (LLC) division in April 2024 for Rs 2,211 lakhs, generating a gain of Rs 1,708 lakhs recorded in FY25. Exceptional items in FY26 include a net charge of Rs 781 lakhs for indemnification provisions. Deloitte Haskins & Sells issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated financial statements. Operating cash flow remained strong at Rs 8,972 lakhs on standalone basis.
Mixed signals for investors: standalone PAT growth is positive but consolidated PAT declined slightly. Higher finance costs and depreciation are compressing margins. The substantial dividend payout of Rs 9,143 lakhs indicates shareholder-friendly policies despite near-flat profit growth at consolidated level.
