Alliance Integrated Metaliks reported a net loss of Rs. 2,354.20 lakhs for Q3 FY26, widening from Rs. 1,903.17 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended December 2025, the loss stood at Rs. 6,800.17 lakhs versus Rs. 5,366.78 lakhs a year ago. Revenue from operations for the quarter rose to Rs. 2,185.80 lakhs from Rs. 1,931.75 lakhs, but nine-month revenue declined to Rs. 5,833.90 lakhs from Rs. 6,188.69 lakhs. The company carries negative net worth of Rs. 33,159.36 lakhs and total loans of Rs. 56,488.11 lakhs have been classified as Non-Performing Assets (NPA) by lenders. The statutory auditor issued a qualified conclusion citing unreconciled trade payables, receivables and loan accounts, and flagged a material uncertainty on going concern due to losses and liabilities exceeding current assets.
This is a deeply negative update for shareholders — the company is loss-making, has fully eroded net worth, faces NPA-tagged debt of over Rs. 564 crore, and the auditor has flagged going concern doubts. Stock may remain under pressure and recovery depends on successful One-Time Settlement with lenders and resolution of the Enforcement Directorate attachment matter.
