On the reaction day the stock moved 8.0 pts more than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 7.2 pts more than its Breweries & Distilleries peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Allied Blenders posted Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of about Rs 1,906 crore, down roughly 19 percent YoY, but PAT grew 34 percent to Rs 78 crore. Nine month PAT jumped 77 percent to Rs 211 crore, helped by lower costs. A one time Rs 3.19 crore charge was booked for new labour codes. Auditors flagged the ongoing CSD dispute (around Rs 34 crore) and income tax matters but issued a clean review. Board also approved acquiring a UP distillery for up to Rs 70 crore.
Strong profit growth on cost control despite weak topline; new distillery buy signals expansion. Tax and CSD disputes remain overhangs.
