Unaudited standalone quarterly revenue rose 6.0% to Rs 206,021.28 lakh and profit after tax rose 17.9% to Rs 8,463.34 lakh. Half-year standalone revenue and profit rose 3.7% and 15.1% to Rs 385,517.68 lakh and Rs 15,282.31 lakh. Consolidated quarterly profit rose 9.7%, but half-year profit fell 3.6% to Rs 11,444.03 lakh. The auditor did not qualify the results but highlighted the Rs 3,398.72 lakh CSD dispute and tax litigation.
Standalone growth is positive, but weaker consolidated half-year profit and unresolved customer and tax disputes may limit share-price gains.
