Allied Digital reported its highest-ever annual revenue of Rs. 807 crore in FY25, up 17% year-on-year, with Q4 revenue at Rs. 204 crore (up 16% YoY). The company recommended a 30% dividend (Rs. 1.5 per share) and secured order wins of Rs. 133 crore in Q4, including an additional Rs. 80 crore from the Pune Smart City project, taking the total Pune City Surveillance engagement to over Rs. 500 crore. Management is targeting the Rs. 1,000 crore revenue milestone in the next 4-5 quarters, with a near-term goal of Rs. 250 crore quarterly run rate. EBITDA margins are guided at 11-12%, while Q4 PBT was impacted by auditor-led corrections to the tune of Rs. 11-12 crore, but management stated PAT will improve considerably going forward. The company highlighted a $45-50 million US opportunity in the pipeline, plans to hire more direct sales staff, and is keeping cash reserves for potential acquisitions.
Positive for shareholders given record revenue, dividend announcement, strong order pipeline, and guidance that PAT margins will improve in coming periods. However, Q4 profitability was dragged by one-time auditor corrections, and the path to Rs. 1,000 crore revenue depends on timely billing of large contracts.
