Allied Digital Services' board on June 5, 2025 approved the audited consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY25. Consolidated total income grew about 24% year-on-year to Rs. 85,167 lakhs, but net profit from continuing operations fell roughly 30% to Rs. 3,211 lakhs (from Rs. 4,584 lakhs in FY24). The company also revised its earlier standalone results due to tax-line errors: standalone FY25 PAT has been corrected sharply lower to Rs. 1,073 lakhs (from Rs. 4,337 lakhs previously reported), and basic EPS cut from Rs. 7.77 to Rs. 1.92. The auditor issued a qualified opinion on both sets of results, flagging prior-period accounting errors under Ind-AS 8, interest-free loans of Rs. 11,625 lakhs (including Rs. 11,000 lakhs to a wholly-owned US subsidiary) that violate Section 186(7), a delay in filing consolidated results, and an unresolved Rs. 610 lakh gap in GST input tax credit claims. Operating cash flow remained healthy at Rs. 9,227 lakhs, and the board has recommended a dividend of Re. 1 per share subject to shareholder approval.
Strong top-line growth is offset by a sharp earnings decline and a material downgrade of standalone profit numbers, which together with multiple audit qualifications on governance and related-party lending issues are likely to dampen investor sentiment and weigh on the stock in the near term.
