Allied Digital Services' board approved audited consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY25 on June 5, 2025. Consolidated revenue grew strongly to Rs. 85,167 lakhs in FY25 from Rs. 68,822 lakhs in FY24 (about 24% growth), but consolidated profit after tax fell to Rs. 3,211 lakhs from Rs. 4,584 lakhs. Consolidated EPS stood at Rs. 4.98 basic. The company also revised earlier standalone results, sharply cutting FY25 standalone PAT from Rs. 4,337 lakhs to Rs. 1,073 lakhs and EPS from Rs. 7.77 to Rs. 1.92, attributing this to errors in tax figures and prior period reclassifications. The auditor (Singhi & Co) issued a qualified opinion flagging non-compliance with Ind-AS 8, interest-free loans of Rs. 11,625 lakhs (including Rs. 11,000 lakhs to its wholly-owned US subsidiary) violating Section 186(7), a delay in filing consolidated results, and an unreconciled GST input tax credit gap of Rs. 610 lakhs.
Investors should note the large downward restatement of standalone profit, weaker consolidated margins despite revenue growth, and multiple audit qualifications around related-party interest-free loans and prior-period errors, which raise governance concerns. The qualified audit opinion and pending GST reconciliation are negative watchpoints, though strong revenue growth and a positive consolidated operating cash flow of Rs. 9,227 lakhs provide some comfort.
