Allotment of 54M units to Sponsor at INR 65 each, raising INR 351 crore

IRB InvIT Fund allotted 54,000,000 units at INR 65 per unit to IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited, its Sponsor, aggregating to INR 351 crore via a preferential issue for cash. Allotment was approved by the Committee of Directors on September 25, 2026. The new units rank pari-passu with existing units and are subject to applicable lock-in under the InvIT Regulations.
