Alpa Labs posted Q1 FY27 standalone revenue from operations of Rs 2,393.05 lakhs, up 25% from Rs 1,911.07 lakhs in Q1 FY26. However, PAT fell sharply to Rs 103.84 lakhs from Rs 1,177.59 lakhs, as other income dropped to Rs 582.93 lakhs from Rs 1,195.78 lakhs (prior year had large unrealized investment gains). Standalone EPS at Rs 0.52 vs Rs 5.60. Total expenses rose to Rs 2,872.14 lakhs from Rs 1,929.26 lakhs. Auditor gave an unmodified review report. Board also approved 38th AGM notice.
Strong topline growth is positive, but sharp PAT decline driven by lower investment gains may weigh on the stock; focus shifts to operating margins.
